HDF Energy - Introducing Ourselves to AFRICA - HDF Energy Namibia has been established in 2021 to support the Namibian national agenda and will dedicate all its expertise, resources and worldwide experience to realize energy independence, increase renewable energy in the energy mix, and reduce greenhouse gases emissions.
HDF Energy Namibia is a subsidiary of the French major Independent Power Producer HDF (Hydrogène De France) specializing in hydrogen-power. HDF has launched its operation in the Southern African market and is fully committed to addressing Namibia’s energy needs starting with the initiation of the Renewstable® Swakopmund (RSWK; https://www.renewstable-swakopmund.com/) as a non-intermittent renewable electricity power plant in the country.
