UK: The Met aims to create world's largest fleet of hydrogen police vehicles

Joanna Sampson reported, "The Metropolitan Police Service is set to team up with the Toyota Mirai to help create the world’s largest fleet of zero-emission hydrogen (H2) fuel cell electric police vehicles. The first of 11 cars have been delivered to the Met with support from the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen 2 Joint Undertaking (FCHJU) grants programme and are equipped to work as both market and unmarked vehicles for overt and covert response, as well as general purpose use.
