In December 2016, Doosan Fuel Cell was selected by Petroconergy Co., Ltd. to provide its PureCell fuel cells for the Baegot Fuel Cell Project in the newly developed town of Ansan, a Seoul suburb. The EPC for this project will be LG CNS. Unlike previous projects which have belonged to government owned Korean utilities, this is the first private SPC project for Doosan Fuel Cell which signifies a broader range of customer opportunities for Doosan.
