Vietnam Breaking News (VBN) reported, "HCM City (VNA) – A fuel cell laboratory inaugurated at the Vietnam National University-HCM City Laboratory for Nanotechnology on September 21 is expected to help sustainable rural development by producing highly efficient fuel-cell technologies to generate electricity from bio-waste. The laboratory will use modern instruments for solid oxide fuel cell research using sludge and bio-wastes from shrimp ponds to produce electricity. (...)"
